Questions
Can I bring guests?
Yes: as many as you like across the month, at no extra charge, and they don’t need to be booked in advance. The only limit is the bay: a member bay seats 4 players, so three guests at a time.
How do sessions work?
Each Membership gives you monthly credits for the simulators. Credits are 30-minute sessions and can be booked back-to-back for longer play.
Which venue is my home Club?
You pick a home Club when you join: Chelsea, Fulham, Waterloo or Wimbledon. All four are open to everyone: Members book any time their Club is open, and Pay & Play is on sale at all four.
What if I need to cancel a bay session?
Members cancel from the dashboard, not from an email link.
- Cancel 24 hours or more before it starts and every credit goes straight back.
- Between 12 and 24 hours, half of your credits come back, rounded down to whole credits, so a single 30-minute credit returns nothing.
- Inside 12 hours, nothing comes back at the time.
- Cancel inside 24 hours and there is still a second chance: if someone was already on the waitlist for that time and the club ends up sold out for it, half of the booking comes back as credit once the session has run, rounded down, on top of anything you have already had.
- It counts as a late cancellation either way, and three of those in a membership month, no-shows included, cancels all your upcoming bay and lesson bookings and freezes your account: 1 day the first time, 3 days the second, then a week.
Credits come back with the expiry they already had, so cancelling returns the credit but not more time to use it.
Can I play at the other clubs?
Chelsea and Waterloo memberships include all four clubs, at no extra cost. With a Fulham or Wimbledon membership, playing at one of the other clubs is £10 a booking, or £20 a month to play at all four.
The fee is per booking, not per person: bring your guests as usual.
When are peak and off-peak?
This is about your Membership sessions, not Pay & Play, which is priced separately. Each club sets its own peak and off-peak times, and they can differ by club and by day, so each club’s times are listed day by day on its own page. Wimbledon, Fulham and Chelsea have cheaper morning windows on top.
Can I just pay as I go?
Yes. Pay & Play starts from £10 for 30 minutes (£20 an hour) on weekday mornings at Wimbledon, Fulham and Chelsea, and £40 an hour at Waterloo and at other off-peak times. Peak slots are £60 an hour at Wimbledon, Fulham, Waterloo and Chelsea. Up to 8 players a bay. Book a bay
