I took up golf late, during Covid, and wished I'd started sooner. The only way to get better is to practise, but practising blind gets you nowhere. I'd have a lesson, then head to a driving range where the only number I got was distance, badly calibrated and usually wrong, and I still had no idea why a shot went where it did.
Then I found TrackMan. I knew what the numbers should look like, and for the first time I could see whether I was actually doing it. As a beginner that's huge, because you haven't built up a feel yet. TrackMan helps you get there, fast.

Do I need any experience?
No. We start where you are, whether you have never held a club or have not played for years. There is nothing to get wrong on day one.
Do I need my own clubs?
No. Quality clubs are there to hire at every venue and we play Titleist Pro V1s as standard, so the equipment is never the issue. Members get complimentary club hire.
Is there a dress code?
None. Come as you are: trainers, jeans, whatever. This is not that kind of golf club.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. A lesson is you and your coach in your own private bay, so there is nobody to keep up with and nobody watching.
How does a golf simulator help me learn?
Every bay runs on TrackMan, which measures each shot. You and your coach can see what your swing is doing instead of guessing, which matters most when you are new and have no feel for it yet.
What if I just want to have a go first?
Book a Pay & Play bay: from £10 for 30 minutes (£20 an hour) on a weekday morning, £40 an hour at other off-peak times and at Waterloo, and £60 an hour at peak times, up to 8 people sharing. No lesson, no commitment: just turn up and hit some balls.
What is the Beginner pack?
£400 a month for 3 months. Each month you get 8 lesson credits and 8 bay credits, with a PGA coach and your own private bay. No joining fee, and before the 3 months end you choose what to carry on with.
