Do they need to be any good at golf?
No, and most people in our bays have never had a lesson. There is no dress code, no handicap and nothing to bring. Up to eight can share a bay, the TrackMan games work for beginners, and the card spends on food and drink alone if that is the evening they want.
What can it be spent on, and where?
It spends like money at Caddi Club. Bay time, a lesson with a PGA Professional, lunch, a round of drinks, or all of it in one go. Hand it over at any of the four venues (Wimbledon, Fulham, Waterloo or Chelsea) for a lesson, food and drink. For a Pay & Play bay, book it on our website and pop the code in the gift card box at checkout. If the bay costs more than the card holds, the rest is paid by card.
How quickly does it arrive, and can I send it to myself?
It is emailed within minutes of payment. Send it straight to them, pick a future date and we will send it that morning, or have it come to you so you can hand it over yourself.
How long does it last? Can I get a refund?
Twelve months from the day you buy it, and the exact date is in the email so nobody has to work it out. We will also remind them before it runs out, so it does not quietly lapse. You can cancel within 14 days and get a full refund as long as it has not been spent: that is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. After that it is non-refundable.
