Cancelling a lesson
Lesson credits are 30 minutes and can be booked back-to-back. Cancel 24 hours or more before your lesson and you get everything back: credits if you booked with credits, your money if you paid for it. Between 12 and 24 hours you get half back, rounded down to whole credits, so an hour's lesson returns 30 minutes. Under 12 hours the lesson is used.
